At The People’s Consult, we do things differently.

After a decade in HR, working across various sectors, I saw firsthand how traditional approaches weren’t always creating the healthy, fair, and balanced workplaces people deserve. I wanted to change that.

I don’t believe in doing things a certain way just because that’s how they’ve always been done. Instead, I partner with organisations to build truly inclusive, people-focused workplaces that they can be proud of—where employees feel valued, engaged, and able to thrive.

Tracey's career spans across multiple industries including finance, legal, technology and retail, giving her the breadth and depth to tackle HR challenges in a variety of environments.
